Tips for Phase 1 and Phase 2 guests

Phase 3 invites will be sent out soon, (very exciting for those who are eager to get tickets on the Waiting List) and registration opens at 9am on Wednesday the 17th September. If you haven't purchased a ticket before Phase 3 registration opens, you will lose your advantage and will most likely miss out on a ticket.   If you can't come this year, make sure you register as absent (see instructions below), if you don't do this you will not be reinvited back in 2015.   If you haven't yet sponsored someone, but would like to, please do so ASAP. Make sure you give that person enough time to get their ticket before Phase 3 registration opens....

Early next week Phase 3 invites will be sent to everyone on the Waiting List!   If you want the chance to come to this spectacular event, you must be on the waiting list! Sign up here.   Phase 3 is very competitive and can sell out very quickly. In our first year it sold out in 20 minutes, in our second year it sold out in a few days! (That or what will I wear, which we’ll discuss next.)   Your menu is just another way to make this event feel personal to you. Transport Locations

Transport Locations for 2014 Confirmed In order to keep the location of the event a secret right until the last minute, we ask guests to meet at the following locations where you will then be taken by bus to the secret location. It's very exciting! Please take into consideration walking distances (of up to 600m) from the set down of buses to the venue when preparing your outfit and picnic ware. Consider a cart to carry your table and chairs.   The other guests on your bus will also be those you sit with in a long table arrangement on the night.
