Premium Hamper for Two - $115

House made dips / lavosh crackers - Jerusalem artichoke, parmesan & lemon, blistered red pepper & white bean dip, pistachio crumble.

Grazing plate-bresaola, truffled salami, award winning blue, special reserved cheddar cheese. Served with marinated vegetables, green sicilian olives, spiced almonds,  & crunchy sourdough baguette.

Smoked salmon, caramelised onion, three cheese frittata with caper berry cream cheese mousse.

Salad of roasted pearl barley, baby spinach, asparagus, whipped smoked fetta, toasted pine nuts, currents with pomegranate vinaigrette.

Miso glazed broccoli, edamame, sweet potato, black sesame salad.

Preserved baby octopus in dill, lemon, garlic, olive oil.

Red velvet cake slice with dark chocolate ganache.

Juniper and sherry mixed berry compote.
