Tips for Phase 1 and Phase 2 guests
Phase 3 invites will be sent out soon, (very exciting for those who are eager to get tickets on the Waiting List) and registration opens at 9am on Wednesday the 17th September.
If you haven't purchased a ticket before Phase 3 registration opens, you will lose your advantage and will most likely miss out on a ticket.
If you can't come this year, make sure you register as absent (see instructions below), if you don't do this you will not be reinvited back in 2015.
If you haven't yet sponsored someone, but would like to, please do so ASAP. Make sure you give that person enough time to get their ticket before Phase 3 registration opens.

How do I sponsor a guest
You could have sponsored someone when you purchased your ticket. If you want to check with you did or didn't you can:
- Log in,
- Go to Members Access,
- Click on My Friends>My Friends,
and at the top will be some text showing who you sponsored.
If you didn't sponsor someone instead their will be blue boxes for you to enter someone's details in.
Please note what order it is asking you to put the Last name and First name in (many people are getting this around the wrong way).
If your name is around the wrong way
Log in, go to Members Access, and then in My Page let the forum know that you would like your name switched around. One of the hosts will have to do this for you.
However don't stress if it is the wrong way around, it really does not matter. Your Table Leaders are a smart bunch and will realise when they mark your name off the role on the night.
Make sure you do not sponsor your guest
A guest is someone who attends with you and sits opposite you on the night. A sponsored person is someone who will become a member and bring their own guest.
A guest is not reinvited back next year, and does not have their own log in.
As a member you can change your guest at any time (see question below).
A sponsored person will become a member and receive all of the benefits, like being able to log in to the website and will be reinvited back in 2015.
Is my guest last year automatically invited?
No your guest last year is not automatically invited to become a member. If you would like them to become a member you must sponsor them (see instructions above).
My friend sponsored me, but I haven't received an email invite
OR I was a member last year, and I haven't received my email invite
If this is you, make sure you check your junk and also search for “blanc” in your email inbox (it is important to do this search, most email providers seem to “hide” our emails).

Make sure you understand the difference between a member and a guest. If you were able to log in last year, you will be the member; but if you were given instructions from a friend you were a guest.
We are always sorry to hear about fallings out between members and guests, but we cannot automatically offer a guest from a previous year, a ticket. The only option is to ask the member you went with last year to sponsor you. If they choose not to do this, then you will need to go on the Waiting List.
Do I have to sponsor someone?
No you do not have to sponsor someone. This is just an optional perk of being a member.
I want to change my guest
You can change your guest at any time.
- Log in,
- Go to Members Access,
- Click on My Page>Edit My Page
- Double Click in the box to change the details
- Type the new guest's details in
- The box should turn green when the details have been saved.
- Don't forget the double click step.
I want to purchase a dinner basket and wine
You can purchase these items from the store by:
- Logging in,
- Go to Members Access,
- Click on Store>Place an Order
Follow the instructions at the top for wine, and stay on the page for Food Baskets.
Registering as Absent
If you cannot come this year, but want to be invited in 2015, click on the link in your email and on the second page of registration tick the box saying you will be absent.
You will pay the $5.50 membership fee (note, this is an annual membership fee, just like any club or membership). You will need to pay this fee to keep you on the 2015 list.
I am going to be absent, can my friend take my ticket?
No you can not give someone your membership, but what you can do is register as absent as per the instructions above, and then sponsor someone to become a member. Once you tick the absent box, on this same page will be a box asking if you want to sponsor someone, tick this and enter in their details.
